Refund policy

Because every Kingdom Label product is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kingdomlabel.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We stand behind every product we send. If something's wrong, we want to fix it.
